Every case is unique, and we’ll assess each situation on an individual basis to ensure the best possible resolution. We are, however, a food company and thus can not guarantee refunds and can not accept returns but hope to find a way to address any potential concerns.
Sample Box Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your first taste of SVRY. If you try our Sample Box and it’s not for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first Sample Box purchase.
To request a refund, just email us at letschat@svrynutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your order and tell us what you didn't enjoy about your experience. We’ll refund the full cost of the Sample Box. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note that this guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a Sample Box. If your order included other SVRY products, those items are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
General issues
While we are not able to offer refunds for food products, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase—whether it didn't meet your taste expectations or wasn't quite what you expected—please reach out to us. Product Defects or Damages
If you’ve received a product with defects or damages, we want to address these issues promptly and ensure that you receive the quality you deserve.
Please email us at letschat@svrynutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your order with a description of the issue and any helpful information such as videos or photos.
Our team will review the information and work with you to either replace the product, offer a refund, or find another solution that works best for you.
