Eligibility

The SVRY Nutrition Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who received an invitation directly from SVRY Nutrition. Employees, officers, and directors of SVRY Nutrition, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on April 11, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on April 16, 2025.

How to Enter

To enter, complete the survey linked in the promotional email from SVRY Nutrition during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 Amazon.com gift card (Approximate Retail Value: $100) or a $100 SVRY credit, based on your preference. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about April 18, 2025. The selected winner will be notified via the email address used to complete the survey. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Privacy

Survey responses will be used solely for internal research purposes by SVRY Nutrition and will not be sold or shared. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to receive communications related to this Sweepstakes. Participation does not enroll you in ongoing marketing unless you opt in separately.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of SVRY Nutrition, which are final and binding. SVRY Nutrition reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
